Trubadier can barely contain its garbage blob body within its plastic skin, leading to an overflow of waste that it uses as a weapon. If it fires too many projectiles of trash, its body will sag and shrivel until it consumes more rubbish.
It can throw bubble-covered pebbles with precise control, hitting empty cans up to a hundred feet away. The combination of garbage bags and industrial waste caused the chemical reaction that created this Pokémon.
