Despite Arcecho's small stature, the chimes Arcecho's tail makes echo with great booming rings. Those who hear its ringing are said to feel a sense of judgement wash over them, as if they are being watched by something unseen.

Arcecho fly about with the use of their weak telekinetic abilities. Their rings resemble halos to the eyes of many others. Some old tales speak of their lower halves as being an inspiration for the use of stained glass in religious works.

They fly about very actively when the hot season arrives. It is described in mythology as the Pokémon that shaped the universe with its 1,000 arms.
