Supposedly, Arclurk was created by old civilizations using fragments of plates said to hold the power of deities within. These granted Arclurk immense strength used to guard their most important temples.

Arclurk can deliver devastating blows with their massive limbs or coil their legs inward to unleash energy blasts like cannons. Their green orbs glow when active, and if the light fades, they immediately rest.

It is said that Arclurk were ordered to protect people and Pokémon by the ancient people who made them. It is described in mythology as the Pokémon that shaped the universe with its 1,000 arms.
