Arctik summons strange pillar-like objects when it needs to spin a web and capture prey. Once the threads are spun, the pillars disappear and the web remains, hovering and waiting for prey to become ensnared.
They attach themselves to large-bodied Pokémon and absorb static electricity, which they store in an electric pouch. It is described in mythology as the Pokémon that shaped the universe with its 1,000 arms.
