Ariafish wanders throughout the forest, constantly releasing sticky silk from its barbs. It later retraces its steps, feasting on small Pokémon caught in its silken trail.

A Ariafish uses the pressure of water it swallows to shoot toxic quills all at once from all over its body. Its feet are tipped with tiny hooked claws that enable it to scuttle on ceilings and vertical walls.
