Bellrorus's frills change color and become more vibrant as it absorbs sunlight into its body. It shakes the frills to shed pollen to paralyze or poison predators chasing after it.

Using its diamond-shaped crystals, it can instantly create a wall of ice to block an opponent's attack. A Bellrorus's thin and flexible body lets it bend and sway to avoid any attack, however strong it may be.
