Blapert builds its den from thick layers of clay, blowing flames onto it to solidify and strengthen the structure. Its dens can reach up to 15 feet tall and are typically filled with reeds for comfort.
If it senses the approach of a storm and a tidal wave, it protects its seaside nest by piling up boulders. It learns martial arts that use punches and kicks.
