Blisray's special eyesight allows it to scan another creature's body for abnormalities, akin to an X-ray. Pokémon Centers use it to help speed up diagnoses and better determine what's wrong with a sick Pokémon.

It has eyes that can see through anything. If it senses sadness with its fluffy fur, a Blisray will rush over to the sad person, however far away, to share an egg of happiness that brings a smile to any face.
