Said to have planted a seed that sprouted into the first tree in Kanto, Bulbaew flies throughout the region to look after the growth of forests and budding sprouts. When Bulbaew laughs, flowers bloom around it in vivid colors.

It darts through forests at dizzying speeds, never so much as grazing a tree trunk. While it is the unrivaled master of the untouched wilderness, Bulbaew's psychic powers wane and become inhibited wherever humans have made inroads.

A Bulbaew is said to possess the genes of all Pokémon. Bulbaew can be seen napping in bright sunlight.
