Growth inside its translucent abdomen is highly unstable, often bursting through the skin as bulb-like fists and thrashing vines. With little sense of touch, it strikes reflexively—sometimes toppling trees before realizing it has moved.
Its highly developed muscles never grow fatigued, however much it exercises. Bulbawrath can be seen napping in bright sunlight.
