Butterjask are capable of flying at great speed thanks to their six wings. Their rapid movements create a cloud of wing scales that are shaken loose as they move, these scales get into the eyes and lungs, disrupting attempts to track them.

Because it darts about vigorously at high speed, it is very difficult to see. It has a superior ability to search for delicious honey from flowers.
