Found in caverns containing precious gems, Carsopod uses the gems on its body to bedazzle its prey, before slashing the victim with its diamond-encrusted claws.

It battles skillfully with its six arms, but spends most of its time peacefully meditating in caves deep beneath the sea. Born from the high temperatures and pressures deep underground, it defends itself by firing beams from the jewel part of its body.
