Findings of long paleoburrows are often connected to Cartrum, as these burrows have hundreds of crystals scattering along the walls. Cave paintings found near these burrows depict ancient people coming into contact with a Cartrum.

Thanks to its gargantuan jaws, which could shred thick metal plates as if they were paper, it was invincible in the ancient world it once inhabited. Born from the high temperatures and pressures deep underground, it defends itself by firing beams from the jewel part of its body.
