In the right mindset, Cardra can be a scourge on ships on the water. However, they often lack enough motivation to attack the ships and are more commonly kept as rowdy pets, as they are not regarded as dangerous Pokémon.

It gets picked on because it's meek. Cardra attack ships in swarms, making them sink.
