The fire in Chandeltrum's body is made from igniting the spirits of its prey before they can revive. When it breathes fire, ghostly shrieks can be heard within the flames.

Thanks to its gargantuan jaws, which could shred thick metal plates as if they were paper, it was invincible in the ancient world it once inhabited. Being consumed in Chandeltrum's flame burns up the spirit, leaving the body behind.
