Though known for their brutality, Chesvire are also known for helping Elekid learn to control their electricity. They're sent out by trainers to deal with Honchkrow and their flocks of Murkrow who keep tormenting other Pokémon.
It pushes the tips of its two tails against the foe, then lets loose with over 20,000 volts of power. Its Tackle is forceful enough to flip a 50-ton tank.
