When Cresseon run, the disc on their necks spin rapidly, creating a hypnotic effect that lulls others to sleep. They then playfully zap them awake with a harmless bolt of static electricity.

Its cells generate weak power that is amplified by its fur's static electricity to drop thunderbolts. Shiny particles are released from its wings like a veil.
