It tracks prey while flying rapidly using its four wings, the lower wings helping it to rapidly adjust its path. When the time is right, it swoops down to grab its prey with its pincers and proceeds to crush them.

Their pincers are strong enough to shatter thick logs. Over the course of evolution, its hind legs turned into wings.
