Deiron's armor grows to cover their eyes and face if left alone. To maintain this, these Pokémon are constantly battling each other, ramming into one another to break off pieces of each other's shells.

When two Deiron meet in the wild, they fight for territory by bashing into each other with their steel bodies. They cannot see, so they tackle and bite to learn about their surroundings.
