Deljask spends much of its time sleeping, but its senses are quite sharp. The moment it senses something approaching too close, it flies off at an incredibly quick speed to find another place to nap.
Because it darts about vigorously at high speed, it is very difficult to see. Rather than keeping a permanent lair, it habitually seeks comfortable spots and sleeps there.
