Deogrigus conceals its true form within an organic coffin. It considers old underground catacombs its home. It uses its orb-like brain to lure grave robbers to its location, where it will jump out and intercept them, often leading to their demise.

They pretend to be elaborate coffins to teach lessons to grave robbers. A Pokémon that mutated from an extraterrestrial virus exposed to a laser beam.
