Doraid rely on their sharp beaks to skewer prey onto their beaks. They were once hunted for their beaks by tattoo artists, who used the beaks as tattoo needles.

A Doraid uses its abdominal muscles to forcefully expel swallowed water, then shoot down flying prey. Even while eating or sleeping, one of the heads remains always vigilant for any sign of danger.
