Seeing Dusgia in flight was considered a deeply bad omen for sailors. The legends said that locking eyes with it would cause it to follow one's ship and harass it unceasingly until it was sunk.

Dusgia is so powerful even a light fluttering of its wings can blow apart houses. A glare from its single scarlet eye makes even burly grown-ups freeze in utter fear.
