This Pokémon is full of energy; the more it runs and hops around, the more and more energy is built up, causing its body to grow hotter and hotter. When it grows too hot, it must release energy by expelling flame or electricity.

The flame that burns at the tip of its tail is an indication of its emotions. When a storm approaches, it competes with others to scale heights that are likely to be stricken by lightning.
