Electbra channel electrical energy through metal implements and are known to go out of their way to gather discarded metal scraps to wield in combat. This habit makes them a common sight around junkyards, where they're known to fight workers.
It is rumored that a boy with psychic abilities suddenly transformed into Electbra while he was assisting research into extrasensory powers. It generates electricity using friction from the atmosphere.
