As Empoh flaps its giant wings, water bodies around it will start bubbling up, engulfing the surroundings in a massive tidal wave. However, it would only do so if it notices other Pokémon nearby not respecting its majesty.

Its feathers--which glow in seven colors depending on the angle at which they are struck by light--are thought to bring joy. The three horns that extend from its beak attest to its power.
