Empobra are prideful Pokémon that believe themselves to be the most important thing in any space they enter. They project their feelings of superiority from the tips of their horns, attempting to instil a sense of inferiority in those around them.
It is rumored that a boy with psychic abilities suddenly transformed into Empobra while he was assisting research into extrasensory powers. The three horns that extend from its beak attest to its power.
