Ferrotor release a foul scent from their heads to ward off predators. If attacked, they will drop their heads onto the attacker, their spikes able to pierce even the toughest armor.
Originally from the tropics, Ferrotor's heads grow larger from exposure to strong sunlight. They stick their spikes into cave walls and absorb the minerals they find in the rock.
