Gaschum are frequently found on docks as they consume the souls of fish that have been caught and brought to shore by kissing them. Dockworkers even encourage them to hang around, as their presence deters other pests that try and steal the fish.
It actively runs about, but also falls often. When exposed to a strong wind, a Gaschum's gaseous body quickly dwindles away.
