Gooraid makes excellent use of its natural elasticity by being able to expand its mouth to truly remarkable proportions. This allows it to not only swallow exceptionally large prey but also to fire extremely large and forceful blasts of water.

A Gooraid uses its abdominal muscles to forcefully expel swallowed water, then shoot down flying prey. Its source of protection is its slimy, germ-laden mucous membrane.
