The slimy membrane surrounding Goopede is thick and sturdy to accommodate its constant whirling about. It can stick to walls because of its tacky protection, giving it great maneuverability.
It is usually motionless, but when attacked, it rotates at high speed and then crashes into its opponent. Its source of protection is its slimy, germ-laden mucous membrane.
