Legends say that the flaming shuriken Ho-ninja throws alternate between 7 colors. Ho-ninja is called the Guardian of the Skies and leaves a rainbow trail behind both its attacks and flight.

It appears and vanishes with a ninja’s grace. Its feathers--which glow in seven colors depending on the angle at which they are struck by light--are thought to bring joy.
