Ho-gon2 soars through cyberspace to search for victims of cyberbullying. By bestowing one of its resplendent feathers, Ho-gon2 gives victims the ability to stop the harassment when the feather is crushed, blocking and reporting all their bullies.

It was created by humans using the power of science. Its feathers--which glow in seven colors depending on the angle at which they are struck by light--are thought to bring joy.
