Horwak spit ink at swimming Magikarp to stun them and then pull them out by their tails. Though some Horwak have been recorded as having preyed upon Magikarp at times, they typically wield them as weapons.

A Horwak is the evolved form of a Cubone that has grown tough by overcoming the grief of losing its mother. By cleverly flicking the fins on its back side to side, it moves in any direction while facing forward.
