Horchu #116.25
The whisker-like spines on either side of the heads of Horchu can sense electrical charges through water. Horchu use this sense to avoid larger Pokémon, swimming away to the safety of the shallows when endangered.
It stores electricity in the electric sacs on its cheeks. By cleverly flicking the fins on its back side to side, it moves in any direction while facing forward.
