Horow uses its water attacks to slow down small prey, which it then grabs with its claws. Its feathers are water-repellent, allowing it to fly easily even when it is raining or immediately after diving into the waves in search of food.

Its loud cry can be heard over half a mile away. By cleverly flicking the fins on its back side to side, it moves in any direction while facing forward.
