Believed to have migrated from deep oceans to underwater cave systems, Huntrum can withstand pressure changes and deep sea currents with no problem. Global warming has caused Huntrum to migrate in hoards, slowly adjusting to lower pressure waters.

Thanks to its gargantuan jaws, which could shred thick metal plates as if they were paper, it was invincible in the ancient world it once inhabited. To withstand the crushing water pressure deep under the sea, its spine is very thick and sturdy.
