Hypbi have the ability to time travel by moving the hands of their pocket watches. When someone breaks their precious watch, they become aggressive and begin to attack the one responsible, but other than that, they rarely interact with others.

This Pokémon came from the future by crossing over time. The arcing movement and glitter of the pendulum in a Hypbi's hand lull the foe into deep hypnosis.
