Hypcross uses its horn to hypnotize Heracross it leaves near to. Once under its thrall, it commands them to pry bark from trees so that it can get the sap beneath with minimal physical exertion.

They gather in forests seeking the sweet sap of trees. The arcing movement and glitter of the pendulum in a Hypcross's hand lull the foe into deep hypnosis.
