Despite its name, Hyphorn doesn't actually have a horn; instead having a large nose. They lull Pokémon to sleep by reflecting light from the bits of metal speckled throughout their body as they herd them by running in tight circles.
Once it starts running, it doesn't stop. The arcing movement and glitter of the pendulum in a Hyphorn's hand lull the foe into deep hypnosis.
