The sound of rumbling thunder relaxes it, and in fact, it often falls into a deep sleep during violent storms. When Joltform gets scared, its fur bristles so quickly that it discharges sparks within a radius of a few meters from where it stands.

It alters its form depending on the weather. Its cells generate weak power that is amplified by its fur's static electricity to drop thunderbolts.
