Every action it takes causes its rigid fur to generate a static charge that will build up until the electricity bursts out. While charged with electricity, it becomes increasingly agitated until it flies into a rampage.

When it becomes furious, its blood circulation becomes more robust, and its muscles are made stronger. Its cells generate weak power that is amplified by its fur's static electricity to drop thunderbolts.
