It spins large, durable webs in rivers and lakes, holding them in its mouth as a fishing net. It anchors itself to the bottom of lakes and rivers using static electricity.
It is said to live at the bottom of large lakes. They attach themselves to large-bodied Pokémon and absorb static electricity, which they store in an electric pouch.
