Jolape feed on electrical cables and can often be seen feeding atop large pylons. Large populations of Jolape can cause blackouts, often leading them to fly into a rage and start destroying the pylon they're feeding on.

When it becomes furious, its blood circulation becomes more robust, and its muscles are made stronger. They attach themselves to large-bodied Pokémon and absorb static electricity, which they store in an electric pouch.
