Rather than swimming or crawling across the seabed, Jumpmuku allow themselves to be carried by the ocean's currents, absorbing the sunlight that filters in for nutrients as they go.

It can eject its internal organs, which it uses to engulf its prey or battle enemies. Jumpmuku ride warm southern winds to cross the sea and fly to foreign lands.
