Kakor's cocoon is sturdy enough to survive almost any impact, including hitting the ground at terminal velocity. Parts of the cocoon can still chip off at times; discarded chunks glow with a strange energy at night.
Originally making its home in the ozone layer, it hurtles to the ground when the shell enclosing its body grows too heavy. It remains virtually immobile while it clings to a tree.
