Klior rotates itself rapidly at all times, seemingly as a way to keep itself energized and aloft. If it stops, its eye dims quickly and it would presumably perish in an incredibly short amount of time.
Originally making its home in the ozone layer, it hurtles to the ground when the shell enclosing its body grows too heavy. Interlocking two bodies and spinning around generates the energy they need to live.
