To charge electricity, Klinkchu spins its tail about like a flail, agitating the red cores along it to generate power. It then blasts this energy out as powerful lightning bolts from its spike ring.

If it stores too much electricity, its behavior turns aggressive. The gear with the red core is rotated at high speed for a rapid energy charge.
