Krokodew has a false head on top of its real one to make it look bigger and deter predators. It will equip its false head with any form of glasses it finds to further the illusion.
Over the winter, it closes its bud and endures the cold. The special membrane covering its eyes can sense the heat of objects, so it can see its surroundings, even in darkness.
