Digging as a trio takes a lot of energy, so when Lickitrio surfaces to feed, its tongues lash out to gorge on anything nearby. The leader of the group will sometimes smack the others with its tongue to get them to reprimand them.
Because the triplets originally split from one body, they think exactly alike. Whenever it sees something unfamiliar, it always licks the object because it memorizes things by texture and taste.
